Originally from Haiti, Dimitri Lilavois has been a Floridian since 2000 and moved to Davie to be closer to family in 2019. After years of becoming an accomplished chef in the hospitality industry, it was helping his parents purchase a home that inspired Dimitri’s real estate career. The potential for creating generational wealth sparked his curiosity to learn the business. With a bachelor’s degree in human resources management and personnel administration and a master’s in business administration, he has the savvy to analyze markets and negotiate all manner of real estate transactions. Dimitri’s management training and communication abilities — in English, French, and Creole — enable him to apply his professional expertise to guide clients through a complex process and help them find their dream property. His clients include family homebuyers as well as multiunit and commercial property investors. In his spare time, Dimitri enjoys running, going to the beach, camping, and traveling — and, of course, he still makes time to cook.
